What exactly does the guarantee cover?
The sleep guarantee allows you to try our products in your own home for 30 days from the day you receive them.
It applies to all products sold by Membantu, giving you time to see if they are the right fit for your baby and your family.
Does it only apply if the product doesn’t improve my baby’s sleep, or can I return it for other reasons?
The sleep guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind.
If, during the 30-day period, you feel a product does not work for your baby or simply isn’t right for your family, you can return it within the guarantee period.
How do you determine whether the product “works” or not?
You decide.
Every baby is different, and there is no fixed definition of what “works.” You are free to assess whether the product fits your baby’s needs and your everyday life. No explanation or proof is required.
Do I need to provide any documentation to use the guarantee?
No.
You do not need to provide documentation, sleep logs, or a reason for the return. Simply contact us within 30 days from receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the return.
Does the guarantee apply to all products or only selected ones?
The sleep guarantee applies to all products sold on Membantu.
Does it need to be in its original packaging?
Yes.
Products must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as when you received them.
Please do not wash the products before returning.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes.
When returning a product under the sleep guarantee:
- The full product price is refunded
- Original delivery costs are deducted
- Return shipping is paid by the customer (return shipping can be purchased through us)
How do I return the product if I’m not satisfied?
If you wish to use the sleep guarantee:
- Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product
- Pack the product securely
- Return it following the instructions we provide
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.

Guide to a good start
- Introduce the baby hammock to your baby when he/she is full and tired.
- Hold a hand on your baby and sing if a little song so your baby knows you're there.
- Carefully rock the baby hammock up and down by hand.
- If your baby becomes restless and upset, pick your baby up again, comfort your baby and try again later or the next day.
