The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries from Membantustore.com
- You can pay with Mobilepay, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Klarna, Paypal, Apple Pay and Anyday. Credit card fee is paid by the buyer.
- With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. - All prices are displayed with the applicable VAT rate for the country in question, depending on the address entered.
- The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
- In Denmark it costs DKK 29/49 to get delivery to the GLS shop & DKK 49/59 to get private delivery.
- You will receive your order no later than five working days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.
- You will receive the necessary delivery information by email.
- For delivery abroad, contact us by email.
Membantu ApS is not responsible for non-fulfilment or delayed fulfillment of agreements due to force majeure, which is beyond Membantu ApS's control, and which could delay or prevent the delivery of a product. The postponed delivery time is considered timely in all respects.
3.0 Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 30 days. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given at email@example.com. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time. If an item is not picked up in the parcel shop, all shipping costs are deducted before refunding the amount.
4.0 Return in case of regret
You must send your item back to us without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase. In the case of returns and cancellations, you bear full responsibility for the product being packed properly, as you are responsible for the product from receipt until the item is delivered to the return address.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item. It is also possible to return your purchase at our office in Lynge by agreement.
5.0 The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item which is due to handling other than what is expected when the item has been unpacked. The item must not have been used. When purchasing a cradle bouncer and baby hammock, it is however permitted to test it for 30 days.
If the item has been used in addition to what is described above or used contrary to the manual, this means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the value of the item.
6.0 Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. Once we have received the package, the current amount will be refunded to the payment card used for the payment. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

8.0 Access to complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
