Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 30 days. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given to email@example.com. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time. If an item is not picked up in the parcel shop, all shipping costs are deducted before refunding the amount.
Return in case of regret
You must send your item back to us without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase. In the case of returns and cancellations, you have full responsibility for the product being packaged properly, as you are responsible for the product from receipt until the item is delivered to the return address.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item. It is also possible to return your purchase at our office in Lynge by agreement.
5.0 The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item which is due to different handling than what is expected when the item has been unpacked. The item must not have been used. When purchasing a baby hammcok and cradle bouncer, it is however permitted to test it for 30 days.
If the item has been used in addition to what is described above or used contrary to the manual, this means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. Once we have received the package, the current amount will be refunded to the payment card used for the payment. We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

Access to complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
